The knife has a 10.5 CM stainless steel blade . Each blade is meticulously forged and honed by hand, thus ensuring cutting strength and durability.

Its boxwood handle comes from Catalonia. After a detailed selection and curing process, the handle is manually polished , thus achieving its marbled and ergonomic finish.
