Refund policy

This policy governs the conditions under which Echevarría Cutlery accepts returns, refunds and exchanges for products purchased through www.echevarria-cutlery.com.

Due to the nature of the products sold, consisting of cutlery and edged tools, the general right of withdrawal does not apply once the product has been delivered in correct condition. This limitation is established for reasons of safety, hygiene and product integrity.

Returns and refunds will only be accepted in cases where the product received is incorrect, defective or has been damaged during transport. The customer must notify Echevarría Cutlery within forty-eight hours of delivery by contacting contact@echevarria-cutlery.com and providing sufficient evidence, including photographs.

Once the issue has been verified, Echevarría Cutlery may, at its discretion, offer a replacement or a full refund using the original payment method.

In cases where the customer wishes to exchange a product for reasons of personal preference, Echevarría Cutlery may accept such exchange on a discretionary basis, provided that the product is unused, in perfect condition and in its original packaging. Any associated shipping costs may be borne by the customer.

Echevarría Cutlery reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with the conditions set out in this policy.
